Refund policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your options if something is not right with your order.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@yiunamventures.shop or call +64 6 345 2852 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

We provide return shipping for approved returns at no cost to you. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will also send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and personal care or hygiene products that have been opened cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which apply regardless of this policy.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
